Why Evergreen Coaching? My passion is working with businesses, breaking down the stigma attached to ‘sales’, and developing actionable strategies to help achieve real business growth. It’s my mission to inspire change, growth and ultimately, better business. My approach is centred around the implementation and delivery of key sales and staff development strategies, resulting in increased revenue growth, staff engagement and achievement of key business objectives.
Having studied at the Australian College of Applied Psychology and The Coaching Institute, I’m a Meta Dynamics Level 3 Practitioner (in Neuro-Linguistic-Programming, NLP), accredited in eDISC Behavioural Profiling, and a qualified Professional Coach and Trainer through the International Coaches Guild.
My 15 years’ sales and leadership experience has provided me a keen understanding of, and ability to identify the gaps within business when it comes to embracing and implementing effective sales techniques. I believe in action with purpose.
