Here’s the thing, time isn’t real. Think about it, birds don’t have time…

Time is a concept that was created by man.

And yet, it holds people back from living their dreams and going after true success!

You might not see it like this yet, which means that you’re in a constant state of chasing tails and never getting enough done!

You have so many resources out there to tell you how to manage your time more effectively. In fact a quick google search will give you 106 MILLION results in a matter of seconds. Wow.

No wonder you’re in a state of constant overwhelm. Not to mention, what a time sucker reading through all of the articles to then decide what to do to save time – see what I’m getting at?

We can talk about all sorts of things for you to get the illusion of ‘more’ time… like prioritising what is most IMPORTANT (aka aligned with your wildly important goals) and not what is most urgent.

We could talk about writing lists and using some of the plethora of tools that are available to help with ‘time management’ such as Trello, Asana, Wrike, Evernote – our dear friend Google has many expertise in helping you decide which is right for you.

We could even talk about the big kahoona of it all which is to remember you can’t DO everything and you can’t BE everything to everyone.

The reality is, if you don’t get over the concept of there not being enough time…. NOTHING will change. It doesn’t matter what tools you have, or what lists you write.

Having enough time is a choice!

Stop complaining about not having enough time in the day and focus on what you CAN do to make sure the time you spend on things are QUALITY.

If you’re not spending your energy and focus on something, it’s simply not important to you.

So take a moment to look at what you are focusing on and be honest with yourself – is it getting the results you need!
